A. In the "User ID" field, type in your complete email address. In the
"Password" field, type in your password.

Administrator account is your primary email account. If you are

Q. What is SSH?
A. SSH is nothing more than a
secure way to connect to a server to transmit files back and forth to the server.

Why do I need to use SSH? Why can't I use FTP?
A. Because FTP does not encrypt your username and password when you
login. SSH does. Given this, FTP makes it possible with simple
software to "sniff" your username and password, and thus hack into the server.

A. We recommend WinSCP, although we do not support it.
It's up to you to read the documentation in order to utilize the
software.

A. You must either have the ability to write HTML (at a
minimum),
purchase a copy of a web page creation program (example Front Page
2003),
or you must hire someone that is qualified to do it for you.
Alternatively, we can provide a custom software solution that will
allow you to modify the text of your web page(s) without any special
programming knowledge. Please call a customer service representative to
discuss a custom solution that meets your needs.
